Recently the St. Marys Rotary Club recognized Joe Wolfe as the club's scholarship recipiant from Elk County Catholic High School. Joe recently graduated from ECCHS in the Class of 2021. Joe is pictured with his parents Ken and Janet Wolfe, along with Club President Russ Hanes. The club extends congratulations to Joe and wishes him all the very best in his future plans.
