Recently the St. Marys Rotary Club presented a Paul Harris Fellow to Rotarian Richard Eddy. Richard joined the St. Marys Rotary Club in 2014 and he is a true example of "SERVICE ABOVE SELF". Richard is pictured with Club President Russ Hanes.
