St. Marys Rotarians packed candy for the Halloween Parade.
On Tuesday evening the St. Marys Rotary Club packed the candy for the upcoming Halloween Parade scheduled for Sunday October 27th at South St. Marys Street Elementary School beginning at 1:00 PM.
